“Enrolment” refers to an application for a programme where the application fee has been paid.

Local Applicants

Advanced Diploma, Diploma, Foundation Diploma and Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education Examination

50% Waiver of Application Fee

• Valid for enrolments from 19 to 24 October 2026.
• Applicable for all Advanced Diplomas, Diplomas, Foundation Diplomas, and the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Up to S$1,635 Study Rebate (inclusive of 9% GST)

• The study rebate ranges from S$109 to S$1,635 (inclusive of 9% GST) depending on the programme selected (refer to table below).

• The study rebate will be automatically deducted from the eligible student’s final instalment payment for his/her programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
• The study rebate will be forfeited if the student withdraws from, defers, or fails to complete the programme.
• Students who have received the study rebate will not be applicable for the upgrader rebate.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Up to S$1,744 Upgrader Rebate (inclusive of 9% GST)

• "Upgrader Rebate" applies to all Kaplan Higher Education Academy students and graduates upgrading to pursue the next higher qualification, as shown in the table below.

• "Upgrader Rebate" will be automatically deducted from the eligible student's final instalment payment for his/her programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
• The upgrader rebate will be forfeited if the student withdraws from, defers, or fails to complete the programme.
• Students who have received the upgrader rebate will not be applicable for the study rebate.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Referral Incentive

• Applicable to both current Kaplan students and alumni who refer new students to pursue a Kaplan Higher Education Academy (Kaplan) programme.
• The names of both the referrer and referee must be indicated clearly on the Application Form.
• The “referrer” must be a current student who has commenced the course or accepted the letter of offer and made payment for the first instalment, or be an alumnus of Kaplan.
• An “alumnus” is a graduate or former student who studied at Kaplan.
• The “referee” must be a new student who is pursuing a Kaplan programme for the intakes between January 2026 and December 2026.
• A referrer will not be entitled to the referral incentive if the referee is an existing Kaplan alumnus.
• The referral incentive will be issued to the referrer after the referee has made the first instalment payment of the programme and commenced his/her programme. Both the referrer and the referee must not have any outstanding payment with Kaplan for the referral incentive to be disbursed.
• A referrer receiving a referral incentive for a programme application will remain eligible for any other programme fee rebate or upgrader rebate for that programme application.
• All manner of referral incentives is not applicable to current employees and ex-employees of Kaplan.

S$50 Takashimaya Voucher

• Valid for enrolments from 19 to 24 October 2026.
• Applicable for all Advanced Diplomas, Diplomas, Foundation Diplomas, and the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
• There are 100 sets of S$50 Takashimaya gift voucher available.
• All redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 gift voucher redemption, regardless of the number of programmes applied for.
• All gift vouchers must be collected from Kaplan City Campus @ Odeon 333 on 24 October 2026, by 5pm. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being forfeited.
• The gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Diploma Exclusive Grand Draw

• Prizes consist of:
  • 5 sets of S$300 Takashimaya Vouchers
• Valid for enrolments from 19 to 24 October 2026.
• Eligibility verification (submission of pending documents) must be completed by 6 November 2026. Winners will be notified via email on 27 November 2026.
• Applicable to all Advanced Diploma programmes, Diploma programmes, Foundation Diploma programme, and the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy for the October, November and December 2026 intakes.
• To be eligible for the lucky draw, students must pay at least the first instalment of the course fee.
• Each enrolment is limited to only 1 chance, regardless of the number of programmes applied for.
• All prizes from the Grand Draw are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.
• Kaplan reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time to make changes to the prizes (including type and quantity) to be given under the Grand Draw at any time without notice, reference or liability to any applicant or member of the public.

Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degree Programmes

50% Waiver of Application Fee

• Valid for enrolments from 19 to 24 October 2026.
• Applicable for all Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degrees offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Education Grant

• Applicable for selected University Degree programmes. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
• The Education Grant is applicable for selected University Degree programmes and the amount awarded will range from S$1,090 to S$5,450 (inclusive of 9% GST) depending on the programme selected. Please contact our programme consultants for more information.
• The Education Grant amount will be automatically deducted from the eligible student’s final fee instalment payment for the programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
• The Education Grant and amount specified is exclusive to selected programmes and not transferable to another programme or another intake of the same programme.
• A student who receives the Education Grant may be entitled to the referral incentive and/or 50% application fee waiver, subject to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to these promotions. Please contact our Programme Consultants for more information.
• A student who is eligible for the Education Grant and is also entitled to a fee adjustment on account of being exempted from a module (a “fee adjustment”) will receive either the fee adjustment or the Education Grant, whichever is higher. No student will be entitled to both a fee adjustment and the Education Grant.
• The Education Grant is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Education Grant will be forfeited if the student withdraws from, defers, or fails to complete the programme.
• The Education Grant may be withdrawn at any time if the Education Grant holder’s progress or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory, as determined at the reasonable discretion of the University and/or Kaplan Higher Education Academy, including if the awardee breaches or is subsequently found to have breached any applicable law, does not exemplify conduct or performance (whether academic or others) of a deserving student and/or any disciplinary action is taken against the awardee.
• If the Education Grant is forfeited or withdrawn for any reason, the awardee will not be eligible for any further subsequent award of the Education Grant.
• The University and Kaplan Higher Education Academy reserve the rights to amend, suspend or discontinue this Education Grant at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the University and Kaplan Higher Education Academy will be final and binding.

S$100 Takashimaya Gift Voucher

• Valid for enrolments from 19 to 24 October 2026.
• Applicable for Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degrees.
• There are 200 sets of S$100 Takashimaya gift vouchers available.
• All redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 gift voucher redemption, regardless of the number of programmes applied for.
• All gift vouchers must be collected from Kaplan City Campus @ Odeon 333 on 24 October 2026, by 5pm. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being forfeited.
• The gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Referral Incentive

• Applicable to both current Kaplan students and alumni who refer new students to pursue a Kaplan Higher Education Academy (Kaplan) programme.

Murdoch University Exclusive

• Valid for on-site enrolments on 18 July 2026.
• Applicable for Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degrees from Murdoch University.
• There are 100 sets of S$20 YO-CHI vouchers available.
• All redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 YO-CHI voucher redemption, regardless of the number of programmes applied for.
• All gift vouchers must be collected from Kaplan City Campus @ Odeon 333 on 18 July 2026, by 5pm. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being forfeited.
• The gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degree Exclusive Grand Draw

• Prizes include the following items:

Information Session Referral Scheme

• This referral scheme is applicable only for attendees who intend to pursue Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
• "Referrer" refers to current Kaplan applicants, Kaplan students, Kaplan alumni, and existing prospects.
• This referral scheme is valid for referrals to the information sessions held from 28 July 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
• The referred attendee must register for and attend the information session.
• The referred attendee must submit the referral form via the QR code provided by the Referrer.
• The Referrer acknowledges that his/her contact details (name, mobile number and email address) will be collected in the referral form submitted by the referred attendee, in order for Kaplan to contact the Referrer regarding the rewards below.
• For each successful referral, both the Referrer and the referred attendee will each receive one S$10 YO-CHI Voucher.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make.
• Each referred attendee may only be referred once. In the event of duplicate referrals, only the first valid referral submission received will be eligible.
• Rewards will be issued only after the referred attendee’s eligibility and attendance have been verified.
• This referral scheme is limited to the first 100 successful referrals.
• For the Referrer, we will notify them the week after the information session that their $10 YO-Chi voucher is ready for collection. The voucher can be collected from Level 5, Wilkie Edge.
• The vouchers and gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

The Referred Person – S$10 YO-CHI Voucher

• Valid for the referred person who visit the campus physically and attend the Information Sessions and who fulfil the two activities as follows:
  • Activity 1: Register for the Information sessions
  • Activity 2: Attend one information session (must attend the full session) and have a face-to-face consultation session with the Programme consultant.
• Each eligible referred person who completes the 2 activities is entitled to one S$10 YO-CHI Voucher on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Each eligible referred person is only entitled to one S$10 YO-CHI Voucher regardless of the number of information sessions and face-to-face consultations attended.
• The S$10 YO-CHI Voucher will be issued after the Information and consultation session. Failure to collect on the day will result in the voucher being forfeited.
• The vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

Financial Certification Courses

Up to S$500 Study Rebate

• The study rebate ranges from S$100 to S$500 depending on the course selected (refer to table below).

• Where a student enrolled in the above courses is also eligible for a course fee discount on the course enrolled in, the student must choose either a course fee discount or the study rebate above. A student shall not be entitled utilise both the course fee discount and study rebate.
• Valid only for prospects who come down to campus physically and enrol on 24 October 2026.
• The study rebate will be automatically deducted from the eligible student’s total fee for the course.
• The study rebate cannot be used in conjunction with any other Kaplan discount scheme.
• Not applicable to international applicants and SCA resit applicants.

GrabGifts Voucher Lucky Draw

• Valid only for prospects who come down to campus physically and enrol for a Financial Certification course on 24 October 2026.
• There are 10 sets of S$100 GrabGifts vouchers available for the lucky draw.
• A virtual lucky draw will be conducted after 24 October 2026 to select the 10 winners, and each will win a S$100 GrabGifts voucher.
• The GrabGifts vouchers will be sent electronically (via a code to the email address provided) to the winners by 30 November 2026.
• If the email of a winner provided is not valid, another winner will be picked randomly. For any enquiries on the redemption of the GrabGifts vouchers, please email [email protected].
• The GrabGifts vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

International Applicants

Higher Education Programmes

100% Waiver of Application Fee

• For application submissions from 22 October – 4 November.
• Applicable intakes: November and December 2026, valid for all Higher Education programmes, but not applicable to e-learning programmes.
• Withdrawal or deferment from the programme before the commencement date will result in the forfeiture of the waiver.
• Not applicable to Long-Term Pass or Dependant’s Pass holders.
