“Enrolment” refers to an application for a programme where the application fee has been paid.
Local Applicants
Advanced Diploma and Diploma
S$300 Study Rebate
- Valid for enrolments from 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for all Advanced Diploma and Diploma programmes except Diploma in Business Management (General Studies) (E-Learning).
- The S$300 study rebate will be automatically deducted from the student’s last instalment for the programme.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
Education Grant
- Applicable for selected Diploma programmes. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant is applicable for Diploma in Business Management (General Studies) (E‐Learning) programme only, and the amount awarded will be S$2,616 (inclusive of 9% GST). Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant amount will be automatically deducted from the student’s last fee instalment payment for the programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
- The Education Grant and amount specified is exclusive to selected programmes and not transferable to another programme or another intake of the same programme.
- A student who receives the Education Grant may be entitled to the referral incentive and/or 50% application fee waiver, subject to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to these promotions. Please contact our programme consultants for more information.
- A student who is eligible for the Education Grant and is also entitled to a fee adjustment on account of being exempted from a module (a “fee adjustment”) will receive either the fee adjustment or the Education Grant, whichever is higher. No student will be entitled to both a fee adjustment and the Education Grant.
- The Education Grant is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Education Grant will be forfeited if the student withdraws from, defers, or fails to complete the programme.
- The Education Grant may be withdrawn at any time if the Education Grant holder’s progress or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory, as determined at the reasonable discretion of Kaplan Higher Education Academy (“Kaplan”), including if the awardee breaches or is subsequently found to have breached any applicable law, does not exemplify conduct or performance (whether academic or others) of a deserving student and/or any disciplinary action is taken against the awardee.
- If the Education Grant is forfeited or withdrawn for any reason, the awardee will not be eligible for any further subsequent award of the Education Grant.
Foundation Diploma
S$200 Study Rebate
- Valid for enrolments from 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for all Foundation Diploma programmes except Foundation Diploma (E-Learning).
- The S$200 study rebate will be automatically deducted from the student’s last instalment for the programme.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
Education Grant
- Applicable for selected Diploma programmes. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant is applicable for Foundation Diploma (E‐Learning) programme only, and the amount awarded will be S$654 (inclusive of 9% GST). Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant amount will be automatically deducted from the student’s last fee instalment payment for the programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
- The Education Grant and amount specified is exclusive to selected programmes and not transferable to another programme or another intake of the same programme.

Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education Examination
S$100 Study Rebate (Per Subject)
- Valid for enrolments from 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
- The S$100 study rebate (per subject) will be automatically deducted from the student’s last instalment for the programme.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
50% Waiver of Application Fee
- Valid for enrolments from 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for all Advanced Diploma programmes, Diploma programmes, Foundation Diploma programme and the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
S$50 Takashimaya Gift Voucher
- Valid for enrolments from 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for all Advanced Diploma programmes, Diploma programmes, Foundation Diploma programme and the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
- There are 100 sets of S$50 Takashimaya gift vouchers available.
- All redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 gift voucher redemption regardless of the number of programmes applied to.
- Takashimaya gift vouchers must be collected at Suntec Convention Centre by 26 October 2024, 5pm. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being forfeited.
- The gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
Referral Incentive
- Applicable to both current Kaplan students and alumni who refer new students to pursue a Kaplan Higher Education Academy (Kaplan) programme starting from 7 August 2024 through December 2025 intakes.
- The names of both the referrer and referee must be indicated clearly on the Application Form.
- The “referrer” must be a current student who has either commenced the course or accepted the letter of offer and made payment for the first instalment.
- An “alumnus” is a graduate or former student who studied at Kaplan.
- The “referee” must be a new student who is pursuing a Kaplan programme for the intakes during the period of 7 August 2024 through to December 2025.
- A referrer will not be entitled to the referral incentive if the referee is an existing Kaplan alumnus.
- The referral incentive will be issued to the referrer after the referee has made the first instalment payment of the programme incentive and commenced his/her programme. Both the referrer and referee must not have any outstanding payment with Kaplan for the referral incentive to be disbursed.
- A referee receiving a referral incentive for a programme application will remain eligible for any other programme fee rebate or upgrader rebate for that programme application.
- The referral incentive is stackable with Education Grant for selected Kaplan programmes.
- All manner of referral incentives is not applicable to current employees and ex-employees of Kaplan.
Upgrader Rebate
- Progression rebate is applicable to all Kaplan Higher Education students and graduates upgrading to pursue the next higher qualification and the amount awarded will range from S$218 to S$654 (inclusive of 9% GST) depending on the programme selected. - The Upgrader Rebate will be deducted from the eligible student’s final instalment payment.
- A student who receives the Education Grant will not be entitled to progression rebate.
Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degree Programmes
50% Waiver of Application Fee
- Valid for enrolments from 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for all Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degree programmes offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
Education Grant
- Applicable for selected University Degree programmes. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant is applicable for selected University Degree programmes and the amount awarded will range from S$1,090 to S$4,360 (inclusive of 9% GST) depending on the programme selected. Please contact our programme consultants for more information.
- The Education Grant amount will be automatically deducted from the student’s last fee instalment payment for the programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
- The Education Grant and amount specified is exclusive to selected programmes and not transferable to another programme or another intake of the same programme.

- If the Education Grant is forfeited or withdrawn for any reason, the awardee will not be eligible for any further subsequent award of the Education Grant.
- The University and Kaplan Higher Education Academy reserve the rights to amend, suspend or discontinue this Education Grant at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the University, Kaplan Higher Education Academy will be final and binding.
Aston University Doctor of Business Administration and Master’s Degree Inaugural Intake Grant
- To qualify, applicants have to meet the requirements of the programme and in all cases, the final decision on admission to the programme rests with the University.
- Valid only to applicants who (i) apply for the programme before 24 October 2024 (with full payment of the application fee) for the inaugural intake which commences on 25 October 2024; and (ii) later receive an offer to study on their programme of choice.
- The S$3,270 to S$5,450 (inclusive of 9% GST) inaugural intake grant extended by Aston University is open to students pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration programme (part-time), Master of Science Digital Marketing & Strategy, Master of Science Engineering Business Management, Master of Science Strategic Business Analytics, Master of Science Strategic Financial Management or Master of Science Strategic Supply Chain Management programme (part-time) offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
- Students awarded (the “awardees”) must pay the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule. The inaugural intake grant will be automatically deducted from the student’s last fee instalment for the programme.
- The grant will be forfeited if the awardee withdraws from, defers or fails to complete the programme.
- If the grant is forfeited for any reason, the awardee will not be eligible for any further subsequent award of the grant.
- Kaplan, on behalf of Aston University, reserves the right to withdraw and/or revoke the grant if the awardee breaches or is subsequently found to have breached any applicable law, does not exemplify conduct or performance (whether academic or others) of a deserving student and/or any disciplinary action is taken against the awardee.
- Any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will remain chargeable at the prevailing rate on the full gross fee. Awardees will be required to pay the full sum of applicable GST.
- Not applicable to international students.
S$100 Takashimaya Gift Voucher
- Valid for enrolments from 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degree programmes.
- There are 200 sets of S$100 Takashimaya gift vouchers available.
- All redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 gift voucher redemption regardless of the number of programmes applied to.
- Takashimaya gift vouchers must be collected at Suntec Convention Centre by 26 October 2024, 5pm. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being forfeited.
- The gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
Grand Draw
- Valid for enrolments during 21 to 26 October 2024.
- Applicable for Advanced Diploma programmes, Diploma programmes, Foundation Diploma programme and the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination, Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degree programmes.
- A virtual lucky draw will be conducted after the event to determine the winners. Winners will be notified by email.
- Each enrolment is entitled to only 1 chance to enter the draw. Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 chance in the lucky draw regardless of the number of programmes enrolled to.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
- Winners must make the first instalment payment of the programme fees and provide proof of payment before collection of the prize.
- Prize must be collected from Kaplan (Wilkie Edge Campus) by 31 January 2025, 5pm. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.

- Applicable for all Degree and Postgraduate programmes offered by Murdoch University.
- A virtual lucky draw will be conducted after the event to determine the winners. Winners will be notified by email.
- Each enrolment is entitled to only 1 chance to enter the draw. Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 chance in the lucky draw regardless of the number of programmes enrolled to.

S$200 Study Rebate
- Valid only for prospects who come down to campus physically and enrol on 26 October 2024
- Applicable for CFA® PremierPlus Package.
- The S$200 study rebate will be automatically deducted from the student’s total fee for the course.
- Not applicable to international applicants.
GrabGifts Voucher
- Valid only for prospects who come down to campus physically and enrol for a Financial Certification course on 26 October 2024.
- There are 10 sets of S$20 GrabGifts vouchers available.
- A virtual lucky draw will be conducted after 26 October 2024 to select the 10 winners, and each will win a S$20 GrabGifts voucher.
- The GrabGifts vouchers will be sent electronically (via a code to the email address provided) to the winners by 26 November 2024.

International Applicants
Higher Education Programmes
100% Waiver of Application Fee
- Applications submission between 21 October 2024 to 1 November 2024.
- Applicable intakes: October, November and December 2024 valid for all higher education programs.
- Withdrawal/deferment from the programme before the commencement date will forfeit the waiver.
