Anil Bidari is the founder and CEO of Cloud Enabled, a cloud services enterprise which focuses on designing, deploying and managing private and public cloud services based on OpenStack and Apache CloudStack. It has a presence in India, Singapore and USA.
Anil has more than 15 years of experience in cloud development and has helped Fortune 500 companies implement cloud solutions through consulting and training. He has been a speaker at major tech companies and events like Yahoo!, Storage Network Industry Association, OpenStack Summit and Google Cloud Summit.
His certifications include AWS Solution Architect – Associate, Google Certified Instructor (Global), Google Cloud Architect Professional and Cloud Enabled Openstack IaaS Expert.

Aditya is a tech enthusiast with more than six years of experience across various technologies including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft PowerBI and Data Science. He has worked across various domains including automotive, banking and retail among others. He is a true believer of 'You got to see it work to know it works' and sets goals towards achieving the same in any of the endeavours he undertakes.
Being highly inclined towards tech, he founded Xaltius Pte. Ltd in Singapore which has a major focus on data and technology related services and consulting. He has delivered over 40 trainings in various Microsoft Tools, Data Science and AI over the past two years in Singapore. Apart from work, he loves to engage with kids and get involved in social work.

Ivan Lee is a registered clinical psychologist (MSCP, SRP). He is passionate in assisting people to lead better lives and has been involved in providing mental health services and support to organisations of multiple settings, including hospital and community.
He is the Public Education Chair of Singapore Psychological Society. He advocates for mental health awareness and his goal is to promote an accepting and caring community towards individuals with mental health conditions.

Viknesan holds qualifications in both Psychology & Counselling and is a Senior Counsellor working in the addictions field for over 17 years. Currently a board member & Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association (SANA), a registered Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), an EXCO member for the Association of Professional Specialising in Addictions Counselling and a Council member for the National Council Against Drug Abuse, he is also an established trainer conducting workshops in motivational interviewing, group counselling, addictions and clinical supervision.
In addition, he has been working as an Adjunct Academic at a local university for the last 12 years, teaching Addictions, Group Work and Counselling modules.

Bala is a member of ACCA and is an Entrepreneur specialising in bringing innovation to Banking and Financial Services using AI Machine Learning. He has over 20 years of experience in Banking, which includes Treasury (Liquidity and Capital Management), Product Control and Valuation control across Johannesburg, London, Singapore and Tokyo.
He currently leads an AI-envisioned company, ALMUG technologies as Chief Product Officer designing Machine Learning initiatives on Finance and risk areas.

Desmond is trained in HR as well as psychology and has over 10 years of experience working with organisations across industries on employer branding and campus recruitment strategies. His career also focused on introducing the best learning and development approaches for young talents, empowering them in exploring career interests and how they can contribute their skills and knowledge to the workforce.
Desmond believes that everyone is unique and career means more than merely securing a job. It is a process where individuals distinguish what aligns them to their passion and aspirations, which can change over time. Aside from work, Desmond takes a personal interest in Data Science and Internet of Things (IoT) and how they will impact the future of work.

Gwen is a co-founder and creative director of Imba Interactive, a game audio services studio based in Singapore. Previously, she was a full-time composer & sound designer at the Singapore-MIT Gambit Game Lab. Having a combined 9 years of experience at both startups & corporate, she’s developed project management skills with a flair for organisation and execution whilst maintaining welfare of co-workers and staff. As an advocate for game audio, she has spoken at various game conferences globally, including GDC, Casual Connect Asia, Level Up KL & High Score Melbourne.
Her game community experience includes contributing as Secretary of IGDA Singapore Committee (2016 - 2018), also kickstarting Game Audio Singapore, a local game audio community aimed to provide knowledge and sharing among students and professionals.

Eliphant Pte Ltd
Elicia Lee is the Managing Director of Eliphant, and a 10 year veteran of the gaming industry. She started her career at EA, first as the APAC E-commerce Manager in charge of launching 22 localised Origin stores in the region. She then went on to handle marketing for Southeast Asia, Korea and India under the Publishing team.
In 2013, she left EA and set up two business entities - Zombits, a digital marketing agency with clients such as 2K, Blizzard and Bandai Namco Entertainment, and Eliphant, a leading gaming marketing and esports service provider in Asia that is also the organiser of GameStart, Singapore’s largest gaming convention, and SEA Major, the largest fighting game tournament in SEA. In 2017 she co-founded Battlebrew Productions, a mobile game development studio whose latest title is part of the first batch of games under Apple’s new games service, Apple Arcade.
Elicia brings a strong portfolio and experience in both corporate and startup environments to the Association, as well as a wide network of local and international contacts ranging from AAA developers and publishers to esports and event production communities. She also manages Singaporean esports athlete, Ho Kun Xian, who has helped put Singapore on the global esports map for fighting games.

Eliphant Pte Ltd
Yung Tek is a pioneer in the Singapore esports industry, and is credited with building up the fighting game community in Southeast Asia. He co-created what is today, the Capcom Pro Tour, together with Razer and Capcom, and runs the largest fighting game tournament in Southeast Asia, SEA Major.
Yung Tek is also the manager and back for Ho Kun Xian, who is Singapore’s most sponsored professional esports player in Singapore.
Yung Tek brings his extensive knowledge of esports, broadcast production and tournament strategy to the Association, as well as his global network.

Jedidiah is the Founder and Managing Director of AlterCulture Studios. He started his career as a game designer and producer of digital and tabletop games and now specialises in transforming organisational culture through games.
Combining his flair for teambuilding, evaluation and facilitation with the power of games, he regularly conducts workshops to educate the public and private sector on competency development and policymaking through Game Design.
Jedidiah believes games provide a safe space for the curious, a means for players to feel empathy and a key tool for company and public transformation, with the additional benefit of keeping one young at heart.

Dr. Olwen Bedford has a Ph.D. in sociocultural psychology, and an MBA emphasizing Chinese business management and public relations.
Her academic expertise is in organizational management and qualitative research methods. She also has over a decade of professional experience working in Asia with international organizations, NGOs, and governments.
The majority of her research focuses on how people build relationships to get things done in the workplace in Chinese societies. Key concepts she investigates include guanxi (particularistic dyadic ties), trust, mianzi (face), and ethics in the context of Confucian workplace relations, practices, and values.
Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics; Journal of Career Development; Gender, Work, and Organization; and Frontiers in Psychology. Olwen is a problem solver and a team player.
She prides herself on the questions she asks and her ability to juggle flaming torches.
She occasionally finds it amusing to write one-paragraph bios about herself in the third person.
